An organization which attracts and keeps talented people needs qualified workers who will share responsibility for achieving the company's goals and objectives. This Digest discusses how the role of workers has changed from one of co-dependence to shared responsibility. The report also discussed ways in which career development programs can be updated to prepare individuals for the new workplace. Updating includes making career awareness an ongoing process, highlighting career management skills in career exploration, and connecting individuals to technology through career planning.
