Various issues surrounding diversity training are examined. The following questions are addressed: do diversity programs discriminate against the majority?; is diversity synonymous with affirmative action?; do diversity training programs encourage "treating others as we wish to be treated"?; are the most effective diversity programs value driven?; is training effectiveness linked to participant satisfaction?; and can program effectiveness be determined using measurement standards.
