A self-paced course that will assist the user in learning to recognize and correct inadequate training performance objectives is provided. Six modules comprise this program: overview; performance objectives; domains of learning in Bloom's Taxonomy; improving performance objectives; putting what has been learned to work; and post-assessment. The following sample documents are included: list of action verbs; less measurable verbs; Worksheet for Performance Objectives; and answers to preceeding worksheet.
