Bridge the Gap Mentoring Program: A Program Overview and Manual Developed by the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission: Community-Based Model

The provision to "juveniles who are under formal supervision by a juvenile probation department the opportunity to bond with adult mentors in one-on-one mentoring relationships, which foster the holistic development of juveniles through consistent contact, support and guidance" at the community level is described (p. 4).
