Bridge the Gap Mentoring Program: A Program Overview and Manual Developed by the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission: Facility-Based Model

The provision to "juveniles who are court ordered into a secure, post-adjudication facility the opportunities to bond with adult mentors in one-on-one mentoring relationships, which foster the holistic development of juveniles through consistent contact, support and guidance" in a facility setting is described (p. 4).
