Predictors of conditional release failure for substance abusing female offenders are investigated. This report contains the following sections: executive summary; introduction; method; results -- descriptive statistics for admission offenses, Community Intervention Scale, substance abuse treatment while incarcerated, release conditions, and revocation; analysis according to types of conditional release, releasing region, age, admissions offense, Community Intervention Scale, substance abuse treatment while incarcerated, number of release conditions, and logistical regression of all significant variables; discussion; and conclusion.
