Performance-Based Practices for the Administration of Law Enforcement Training. 1 st. ed.

Performance-based standards for law enforcement training administration are presented. Performance-based practices include: agency staff demonstrate competency in their assigned duties; staff and instructors are professional, ethical, and accountable; instructors demonstrate competency in their assigned duties; staff, instructors, and students are protected from injury and harm when they are involved with training activities; staff, students, and instructors are treated fairly; and training is delivered efficiently and responsively.
