A description of the Ready4Work reentry program is supplied. Ready4Work assists returnees through job training and placement, mentoring, and case management. Sections of this report are: introduction; the road to Ready4Work; the program and its implementation; program expansion; promising practices in recruitment, case management, mentoring, and employment; initial results -- 58% of active participants retained their jobs for at least 90 days; adult sites; and juvenile sites. Thirteen of the 25 sites are faith-based.
