The effectiveness of the Spousal Assault Risk Assessment (SARA) is analyzed. Sections of this report are: summary; methodology; demographic profile; frequency distribution; normalizing the SARA scores by risk; and conclusion. While SARA appears to possess some predictive value for domestic violence, more studies are needed to show validity in Hawaii.
