SUPERVISOR-LEVEL PROFILE

The supervisor is responsible for the effective delivery of services to staff and/or clients

Responsible for:
Ensure agency policies, procedures, standards, and sontracts are implemented and support the agency vision and mission
Implement procedures to assure alignment of the unit or program with agency policy and best practices
Build an organizational culture within the unit or program that supports desired outcomes
Ensure resources are expended wisely and as prescribed by policy and procedure
Interact with the External Environment
Ensure staff understand and support agency public policy agenda
Provide supervison to direct reports and model best supervision practices
